USOLMT reserves the right to add or remove products at any time and to change, discount, or raise prices on any items in the USOLMT shop with or without notice to consumers.

USOLMT Products may be purchased directly from the USOLMT website. Payments may be made with any credit or debit card or via PayPal. Customers may store their information for faster checkout in the future. Once payment is complete, customers will receive an order confirmation. Customers may also create website logins to check their accounts but will not be granted member access to private pages unless they join.

If a customer wishes to return a physical product, the customer will place the product in appropriate packaging and return the product in unused condition to USOLMT. Used products or products that are not in like-new condition may not be returned. Customer will supply shipping expense receipt. USOLMT will replace or refund the product plus the cost of shipping to the customer upon receipt of the product. Product must be returned to USOLMT within 5 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund. 

While we hope all customers are happy with their purchase, if a physical product is returned to us, we will refund the amount paid for the product. There are no returns for online courses or digital products.

Physical products may incur shipping charges at checkout. Shipping charges are determined by the USOLMT e-commerce platform automatically and added to customer’s order.

In some states, applicable taxes for physical products may be added to customer’s charges. Digital products and services are not taxed.

USOLMT will use sustainable and green packaging for shipping all products. 

USOLMT makes no warranties or guarantees on any product sold through our online retail shop.

The USOLMT website and e-commerce store is secured via SSL certificate and Encrypted communication that we purchased, along with our secure domain.  USOLMT, GoDaddy and PayPal observe best practices regarding security threats and risk mitigation. 

 Shop purchases require a minimum amount of information necessary to provide the product to the customer and process payment. This includes name, address, e-mail address, credit card / debit card information, or PayPal payment information. USOLMT never sees customer credit or debit card information unless the customer directly gives it to us. Processed cards and cards on file are encrypted after entering. USOLMT never sells or shares personal customer data unless required by law.
