Join USOLMT for free as a student and get coverage for $67 per year or $10 per month. This protects you during school activities and hands-on practice. Our insurance covers you until you graduate. New Graduates (First Year) Coverage
After graduation, upgrade to professional coverage for $96 per year or $10 per month. Your USOLMT membership remains free in your first year.
Professional Coverage
Professional coverage costs $96 annually or $10 per month. The USOLMT membership is $75 annually or $6.25 per month. Save up to $64 per year with us!

An additional insured is a person or organization that you add to your insurance policy. This means they are also covered by your policy. For example, you might add your employer or landlord as an additional insured.
The difference between A+ rated and A rated insurance is in the level of financial stability and reliability. A+ rated insurance is considered slightly more stable than A rated insurance. These ratings are given by independent rating agencies like A.M. Best, which evaluate the financial strength of insurance companies. Insurance Canopy is A+ Superior Rated.
Occurrence coverage protects you for incidents that happen during the policy period, regardless of when the claim is made. Claims-made coverage protects you only for claims made during the policy period. Occurrence coverage is preferred because it offers long-term protection. Our partners offer occurrence coverage.
Cupping is an add-on because it poses a higher risk for skin damage and other injuries. This additional coverage costs $35.00, bringing the total annual policy price to $131. By keeping this optional, we help lower costs for those who don't offer cupping. Even with this add-on, you'll still save up to $29.00 a year compared to other major insurers with your USOLMT membership and insurance.
Personal advertising injury protection covers claims against you for things like false arrest, wrongful eviction, slander, libel, and invasion of privacy. It also covers the use of someone else's advertising idea in your own advertisements. Included with your policy.
Inland marine coverage protects your products and equipment while they are being transported or used off-site. This is great for mobile therapists who need to protect their tools and supplies while on the road.
